How pricing works — plans, credits, and caps

There are two separate things to understand, and mixing them up is the main reason billing feels confusing in this category. A flat monthly fee.

Two kinds of cost: metered work that spends credits, and stored work that is capped by plan
Credits pay for data we fetch. Caps cover data we store.

1. Your plan

A flat monthly fee. It sets your caps — how many sites you can monitor, how many pages we will crawl each month, how long we keep your Search Console history.

PlanMonthlyIncluded creditsSitesAudit pages per month
Starter$99200325,000
Agency$19940015150,000
Growth$39980050750,000
Scale$7991,6001503,000,000

2. Credits

Credits pay for work where we pay somebody else, per request: keyword and SERP data, backlink data, and each answer an AI engine gives us.

One credit is one dollar of that data. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top up if you need more.

Two things people expect to cost credits and do not:

  • Reopening anything you already ran. A saved report, a finished audit, last month's rank history. Look at it a hundred times; it is still free.
  • Your own history. Browsing, filtering, exporting, and sharing what you already paid for.

Why audits and Search Console are capped instead of metered

Because they cost us storage and database, not per-call fees. Charging credits for something whose real cost is "we keep this forever" would mean charging you every time you looked at it. A cap is the honest shape for that kind of cost.

There is a longer explanation in why some things have a limit and others use credits.

Before every run

The app shows the credit cost before you press the button, and your remaining balance next to it. Nothing spends credits without telling you first.
