Use of the service
- Page Optimized provides SEO, marketing intelligence, technical audit, rank tracking, AI-search visibility, reporting, and workflow tools.
- You must use the service lawfully, respect third-party rights, and only analyze properties, keywords, prompts, accounts, and data you are authorized to use.
- You may not abuse, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or interfere with the service except as allowed by a written agreement.
Accounts and workspaces
- You are responsible for users you invite, workspace activity, client portals, shared reports, and maintaining accurate account information.
- You must promptly remove access for people who should no longer use your workspace.
Plans, credits, and billing
- Subscription fees cover platform access, storage, support, maintenance, and baseline service operations.
- Credits are used for data-heavy actions such as crawls, Keyword Ideas, backlinks, rank checks, AI-search checks, URL inspection refreshes, and other active workloads.
- Credit estimates are informational. Final usage may depend on the actual work performed, configuration, vendor response, retries, rendering, and stored output.
- Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically and fees are non-refundable except where required by law or offered in writing.
SEO data and AI outputs
- SEO metrics, rankings, forecasts, AI-search results, recommendations, and reports are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or sharing them with clients.
- Page Optimized does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, citations, or platform inclusion.
Third-party platforms
- The service may connect to or depend on third-party platforms such as Google Search Console, data vendors, AI models, payment processors, hosting vendors, and analytics systems.
- Those platforms may change availability, pricing, terms, limits, or outputs. Page Optimized is not responsible for third-party platform failures or changes outside our control.
Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Page Optimized is provided as is and as available.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages.
- Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the three months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
