Infrastructure
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — hosting, application database, DNS, and bot protection. Stores all customer workspace data at rest.
AI models
- Anthropic PBC (United States) — model inference for Xavier and every AI-assisted feature. Receives the prompt for each request, which may include the project's stored SEO data and any question a user asks.
- OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States) — model inference for the same features, where a request is routed to one of its models.
- Google LLC (United States) — Gemini model inference, on the same basis.
- Perplexity AI, Inc. (United States) — answer-engine checks, which send the tracked prompt and the brand being watched.
- xAI Corp. (United States) — answer-engine checks, on the same basis.
- OpenRouter, Inc. (United States) — routes some model requests to the providers above and sees the same prompt while doing so.
- None of these providers receive workspace data for training, and a workspace that never uses an AI feature sends them nothing.
Billing
- Stripe, Inc. (United States) — payment processing. Receives billing contact and payment details directly; we do not store full card numbers.
- Autumn (United States) — subscription and usage-credit accounting. Receives account identifiers and usage counts, not SEO data.
SEO data
- DataForSEO (Cyprus) — rankings, keyword research, SERP results, and backlink data. Receives the domains, keywords, locations, and URLs a workspace asks about.
- Google LLC (United States) — Search Console and Analytics data, and Google sign-in, for accounts a customer chooses to connect. Receives only the authorization to read the properties the customer granted.
Communication
- Loops (United States) — transactional email: verification, password reset, and invitations. Receives the recipient's email address and the contents of that message.
- Slack Technologies (United States) — for workspaces that install the Slack app. Receives the notifications and replies posted into the channels the customer maps.
Advertising
- Reddit, Inc. (United States) — conversion pixel on the marketing site only. Reports that a page was viewed or a signup happened. It is not loaded inside the application and never sees workspace data.
Operations
- PostHog (United States) — product analytics and error reporting. Receives usage events and technical data, not workspace SEO data.
