The sidebar is grouped by what you are trying to do, not by data type. Here is what each group is for and when you would actually open it.
Overview — "what should I do today?"
Dashboard — the state of every project on one screen. Built to work whether you have one site or fifty.
Insights — the product's own diagnoses, ranked. Not a list of metrics: a list of conclusions, each with its evidence attached. This is the screen to open first thing.
Work Queue — insights you have accepted, as tasks. Where a diagnosis turns into work someone is doing.
Research — "what should we go after?"
Keyword Ideas — find terms. Volume, difficulty, intent, who currently ranks.
Market Map — the competitive picture. Who owns which part of your market.
Link Research — who links to your competitors and not to you.
AI Workflow — "do AI assistants know we exist?"
AI Research — discovers the questions buyers ask and who gets named in the answers.
Prompt Lab — where you write and test prompts before committing to monitoring them.
AI Tracker — the monitoring itself. Approved prompts, re-asked on a schedule, with the trend and the diagnosis.
The order matters and is explained in AI Research vs Prompt Lab vs AI Tracker.
Content — "what are we writing?"
Content Plan — keywords turned into writing tasks, carrying the research with them so the writer does not start from a bare phrase.
The three that sit underneath everything
Site Audit — what is technically wrong. Feeds Insights.
Search Console — who found you. Feeds almost everything.
Analytics — what they did next. Who is arriving and whether that has changed, what they do on the page they landed on, and what it produced. See What the Analytics section is for.
Xavier
The assistant, available throughout. It reads your project state and these help articles, and it will tell you when it does not know something rather than inventing an answer.
Use the microphone button to dictate a question when your browser supports voice input. Control what Xavier is allowed to do in Project settings -> Xavier: set your defaults once, then override them for specific projects when a client needs tighter rules. See Xavier voice input and skill controls.
