Your data is not deleted when you cancel.
Your workspace moves to the free tier at the end of the period you have paid for. Your projects, keywords, audits, rankings and reports all remain, and you can still sign in, read them and export them.
What stops is anything that costs money to run: new audits, rank checks, keyword lookups, AI checks and scheduled jobs.
Before you go
Export anything you want outside the product. Every table has an Export button for CSV, and client portal links keep working, so a report you shared with a client does not break the day you cancel.
Coming back
Resubscribing turns everything back on with your history intact. You do not start from scratch, and tracked keywords resume from where they stopped — though there will be a gap in the chart for the time you were away.
Deleting your data for good
Canceling and deleting are deliberately separate, so nobody loses years of history by canceling a card. If you want your data actually erased, contact support and ask for account deletion. That is permanent and cannot be undone.
